The Roses of Elagabalus

The Roses of Elagabalus is a queer cocktail bar and cabaret clubhouse on the ground floor of 578 Kingsland Road, at the Dalston end. Time Out and London On The Inside describe it as a mix of cocktail bar, cabaret stage and dinner shows; the name comes from a painting of the Roman emperor's notorious banquet. It opens Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00, until 23:00 early in the week and 02:00 on Friday and Saturday; Sunday and Monday are closed. Dalston Junction is a short walk. Book ahead for shows.
