We had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel St James. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming, always with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide range of high-quality choices, and our evening meal at Wild Honey was, as always, a real delight. The room was excellent, and the housekeeping service was equally impressive. Overall, the hotel shows great attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. This was our third stay at the Sofitel St James, and it continues to impress. As a frequent traveller with experience of many different hotel brands, I can confidently say that this hotel is a star.
Superbly located Perfect for exploring London and walking everywhere
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The staff were incredibly kind. Thank you to the bellhops, receptionists, spa team, guest relations staff, housekeepers, waiters, and everyone who contributed to making our stay exceptional. Thank you all for giving us such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back! See you soon!
