Sofitel St James London

We stayed there for a second time, but they charged very high prices for extras, and our room window didn't offer any view, which was disappointing.

This hotel deserves 100 stars ! And trust me I’ve seen a lot of them ! Everything was amazing ! Thank you !

A nice hotel, with a small lobby, limited and expensive breakfast. Large and comfortable rooms, good staff service.

This was our fifth visit to London in the last two years, and we've stayed in various hotels across almost every area, but this last stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms, cleanliness, welcome, breakfast, and location were all flawless. Being able to take advantage of the benefits offered by the Accor group made a huge difference. Our room was upgraded to a higher-end room upon arrival, both in terms of view and features; we thank the hotel management for this. We were very satisfied from start to finish, and I highly recommend this hotel for families with children. It will be our first choice for future stays.

The location is superb, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the staff are professional and considerate in handling any issues. Overall, the experience is truly luxurious!
