George House Trust

George House Trust is one of the country's longest-running HIV charities, established in Manchester in 1985 during the earliest years of the epidemic. Based at Ardwick Green, just south of the city centre, it provides support, advocacy, testing, and living-well programmes for people affected by HIV across the North West, alongside education work aimed at ending stigma. It remains a vital and trusted part of Manchester's LGBTQ+ and wider community infrastructure.
