Gosforth Park

Gosforth Park, a large area of woodland and rhododendron cover to the north of the city off Great Lime Road, has long been documented as a gay cruising area. Activity here has reportedly quietened in recent years compared with its peak, and it is more of a daytime and early-evening spot. As with all cruising areas, discretion applies, public sexual activity remains against the law in the open, and visitors should keep personal safety in mind.
