Fabulous location, fabulous food, great entertainment, beautiful room, spa and pool amenities... Fabulous. Had a room with a view and balcony.

Riverside setting, under Heathrow flight path so can be noisy. Had Deluxe, riverview, balcony room which was a good size and comfortable. Climb into bath to use shower was higher than usual and grab rail located too far away to aid getting in and out. Buffet restaurant, with variety of dishes but temperature of food can be cool. Brasserie 32 al la carte much better quality food. Strongly advise you check your room account as we were overcharged many times during our 5 night stay in sum of nearly £150. Seating in bars fairly low. Entertainment whilst we stayed very good but we were at an 80's festival so there were more than usual number of acts and activities.

We came as a group of 16 and enjoyed the weekend ... Highlight for me was a cocktail making sssion with Michael and Hardika. It was really enjoyable class. Both Michael and Hardika were amazing not only at hosting us since we are very loud group but knowledgeble as well. enjoyed the 2 hours soo much. A👏👏👏👌👌 for both f them ... Thank you soo much

The venue itself is beautiful, the scenery is stunning, and the majority of staff and management were friendly, professional, and helpful. Afternoon tea, the live music, and the evening bar atmosphere were also enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by repeated service issues from one member of staff. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to explain what was included in our package, as attempts were made to charge us for items that should already have been covered. - Dinner service was particularly disappointing. Requests were not fully followed through, drink orders were interrupted, and interactions often felt dismissive and unprofessional. One member of our group was served wine in a glass that appeared to have lipstick marks and fingerprints around the rim. After raising the issue, we observed the wine being transferred to another glass rather than replaced entirely, and were then charged for the replacement. - We also encountered conflicting information regarding payment for drinks and were spoken to in a manner that we did not feel was appropriate when seeking clarification. Following a discussion with management, the situation improved considerably and we were assigned another server who was excellent for the remainder of our stay. The following morning, we discovered a drinks charge on our bill for an item we had not ordered and at a time when we were not even seated in the restaurant, raising further concerns about the billing process. ( Billing issue has been resolved ) While management handled our complaints professionally, the repeated service issues, hygiene concerns, and billing inaccuracies significantly detracted from the experience. Given the price paid, we did not feel the stay represented good value for money and unfortunately would not return.

First day a rude server was not a good start

Booked two nights in a deluxe room for our wedding anniversary. Our room was very nice inside BT when we opened the curtains our only view was of the swimming pool roof and we couldn't open the window because of the constant noise from the extraction fans protruding through the roof outside our window. During our stay we found it very difficult to get anywhere to sit in the lounge area by reception or on the outside terrace, the area is just too small for the number of people there.The dining experience here is pretty grim, the Market Kitchen area is way too small, the tables are too close together making It very difficult to manoeuvre back and forth to the buffet.Because of the restricted space the choice of food is very limited ,much of it is the same every day! On our final morning between my rashers of bacon I found a long black hair, I showed it to the supervisor who took it into the kitchen, he then returned saying sorry but it must have come off a resident??Having then witnessed flies on the plate of smoked salmon we decided it was time to leave.We have had better dining experience in M&S cafe. Luckily we have previously had 5 star experiences at both Heythrop and Studley because if this had been our first Warners stay it would have been our last, This was a very expensive mistake.Never again!!

A mostly enjoyable stay, with a comfortable bed and lovely outdoor pool, however with the package we had bought we felt a little short-changed. Breakfast in particular did not feel like value for money (at £25 RRP) and all the additional charges (Latte's, Beef or Duck main, cheeseboard etc plus service charges) makes you question exactly why they are putting together an expensive package that is so limited. All of the staff were lovely, however some did not seem particularly well trained or engaged. Drinks orders and check-in/out took a long time despite lots of staff wandering around seemingly not doing much. As has been mentioned in other reviews the clientele is 90% 60+ and while this isn't a problem the entitlement and rudeness of some of them was (particularly around queueing and sunbed usage around the pool). Overall it was a nice stay, but I wouldn't rush back for the price.
