The spa afternoon was excellent, although the "massage" left me quite sore and I had to take painkillers. Perhaps they should clarify that the intermediate massage is very intense. The facilities and service were very good overall.
We went just for afternoon tea and the experience was lovely. The space is warm, peaceful, and tastefully decorated—ideal for taking a break without feeling like you're in the heart of Palermo. We ordered tea and croissants with ham and cheese. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and the service was excellent. We also tried some puddings, simple but perfectly fine to accompany our afternoon tea. I especially liked the lobby's ambiance: comfortable armchairs, books, good lighting, and a carefully curated aesthetic. It makes you want to linger and chat a while longer. A great option for afternoon tea, a quiet drink, or a pleasant break in the area.
Excellent boutique hotel, which is well located. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. All members of staff were very pleasant and helpful (thank you in particular to Ari and Azul). Breakfast was excellent. Garden and pool area looks beautiful too.
Very well located and appointed. Relaxing garden views and very quiet and friendly. Delicious gourmet breakfast variety.
