על המקום הזה Motel Porto dos Casais

Motel Porto dos Casais is a couples' motel at Avenida Severo Dullius 1245, near Salgado Filho airport in Porto Alegre. In Brazil a 'motel' is a love motel: suites rented by the hour or the night, with discreet drive-in entry. Rooms often have hot tubs and themed décor, and there's no lobby scene. It's tagged gay-friendly, which here means mainstream. Brazilian law bars refusing service to same-sex couples, but you can call ahead if you want reassurance. Reviews average 4.3 from about 460. It isn't a base for sightseeing, since the centre and the Cidade Baixa bar district are a drive away.

★☆☆☆☆

I used to praise it, but I changed my mind about booking a suite only by paying for a package with an astronomically high price – what a dump of a place!

The service was very good, the staff were super attentive, however the hygiene of the place left much to be desired… The room was very dirty, There was hand sanitizer in the car, I used it on the bedside tables which were dirty and had wet marks 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn't have the courage to use the bathtub.
