I would definitely return. The room was clean and very comfortable, the TV was large, thanks Igor for letting me use Prime Video, the shower was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.

This is a on the edge of Moinhos. So, it's a little rough. Security is good. Rooms are a fair size. Aircon and heater worked. The windows open onto a nice enough vista, partially finished building. The room could be cleaner. Rug is filthy, just not clean. TV was smart, so aboe to stream, use as a second monitor. Wifi glitchie but for email and work was fine. Service is uneven. The cafe and bar is fine. The breakfast is on the level of a Hampton. It was all decent. Would I stay again, probably not. Just too far away from central part of Moinhos. Otherwise, It was fine.

Good hotel in a good location. The rooms could be larger, and the bathroom is also small (although it has an external sink, which helps). One negative point is the charge for coffee capsules — something that would normally already be included in hotels of this category. On the other hand, the service was excellent: the receptionist was polite and attentive throughout the stay.

We arrived late at night, around 11:50 PM on the 20th/26th. The two employees who received us were simply great. We were having problems because we had suffered an accident and they helped us a lot! They even helped solve things that weren't their responsibility (unfortunately I can't remember their names) but they deserve a lot of praise. The hotel is very good! I've stayed in Porto Alegre quite a few times and this was the best one I've stayed in.
