Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort

I didn't like it.

I wish I could move in!!! LOL This place is só nice I can’t wait to be back! The property is gorgeous!!! The food is incredible!! The caipirinhas are marvelous, but the star of the show is the staff and the service! The front office team, spa, housekeeping, restaurant staff, pool, and the executive lounge are simply incredible!!! Thank you for taking care of my family and I the way you would take care of your own. I will be back!!! The executive lounge may be the best one I have ever seen. Food is plenty and tasteful, and again, the service is to die for. Agnaldo and Hermes (I might be mispelling) are phenomenal!

Terrible, I was with my foreign husband and the host implied that I was sponsored to be at the resort and that, according to them, the winner of the game arrived at the resort through her own effort without any sponsorship.

Absolutely amazing resort, best view of Rio in my opinion from a hotel. Kids love the resort

We want to extend a special thank you to the entire Sheraton Grand Rio team for making our stay unforgettable once again. A huge thank you to the Concierge team, especially Priscila, Livia, and Guilherme, for helping me organize a surprise for my wife. They prepared the bouquet of flowers, the kosher wine, and even added two complimentary heart-shaped balloons. Guilherme even printed the note I had sent her on photo paper, using her profile picture, and placed it next to the flowers. It was a beautiful and thoughtful touch. We also want to thank the entire breakfast team, especially Edney, who went above and beyond this time. They placed a special order for us at the kosher store, with cheeses, breads, and other products, something we truly appreciated. To Emanuel and everyone at the front desk, thank you for always welcoming us with such kindness, warmth, and helpfulness. It's clear that the entire staff is trained to think about how to please guests and make them feel welcome. That human touch makes a huge difference. That's why we keep choosing this hotel. Not only because it has, in our opinion, the best location in all of Rio de Janeiro, with breathtaking views from the room and the possibility of falling asleep to the sound of the sea, but also because of the excellent service from all the staff. Thank you for everything. We hope to return soon.

Wonderful, the view from the hotel alone is worth the stay.
