Hotel with a fraudulent cancellation policy. Due to health reasons, I had to cancel my trip, and they wouldn't cancel my reservation and kept the entire amount. This is unacceptable treatment of consumers. They act in bad faith and profit from these cases. Together with Booking.com, they perpetrate these scams on customers. On the Reclame Aqui website (Brazilian consumer complaint site), Booking.com hasn't responded to any complaints in 16 years, and these hotels are also involved in this scheme.

Very good hotel, with very good service staff. From the reception, through the waiters and the maid, everyone was very good! They treated us very well. The trees in the lobby are an attraction in themselves, charming. Very good meals. Highlight for the ceviche. The only downside is the lack of a window in the room that can be opened. There is a window, but it doesn't open and the blind is faulty, broken in some parts. The neighborhood is very good, as is the area. Cost x benefit: 8 out of 10

Great location. Delicious and very varied breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

A little bit worn with age but it is a good location and friendly as well. We've stayed there multiple times over the years and been happy!
