El Mozo

The recent opening of El Mozo Club has generated excitement in Bogotá's nightlife scene, and rightly so: the venue offers an attractive visual concept, meticulous design, and an atmosphere that invites you to enjoy yourself from the very first drink. The service is efficient, and the technical production—lighting, sound, and ambiance—is on par with a top-tier club. However, the musical experience leaves much to be desired. The programming focuses almost exclusively on pop, reggaeton, and electronic music. Although well-executed, these genres end up creating a flat and predictable soundscape as the hours pass, losing the element of surprise and diversity that many attendees seek... It's not a block of music... Incorporating more nights or blocks of crossover music, with salsa, merengue, and bachata, would not only broaden the club's appeal but also foster a more dynamic and varied atmosphere, capable of keeping the dance floor lively until the very last minute. After two hours, we got BORED and had to leave with the bottle to another club.

Bad experience with people being rejected for being heterosexual and not allowed to enter… the staff at the entrance were very rude and agitated… terrible place, I don't recommend it.

Huge club, very safe, bring your ID, great service, also go on sneakers, lots of stairs.
