Spectacular hotel. I had the pleasure of attending its grand reopening, and it was a wonderful evening filled with music, film, performance art, and all within the framework of excellent service. Undoubtedly a landmark of the hotel industry in Medellín.

A wonderful experience! The hotel is simply divine. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is incredibly comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was excellent, always kind and attentive. Furthermore, the food is exquisite, with superb quality and presentation. I would definitely stay here again and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. Congratulations to the entire team!

Excellent service and everything was very clean. The breakfast was spectacular. Very safe in the hotel and its surroundings.

This hotel will not allow you to bring a friend/guest to your room. Even with proper identification and with you as the paid hotel guest escorting your visitor to and from the entrance. They will tell you that they state this policy on their website but they do not. Check for yourself. They are rude about this. I would advise against staying at this hotel
