Every month, the members of the Pioneers Chapter of BNI Colombia meet for an in-person session. We have always felt exceptionally well taken care of—the service, the breakfast, the logistics...everything. Thank you so much for always being so kind to us.

Food served cold , breakfast remake to long to prepare food , 45 minutes to irritate an omelet . Lunch was completely cold , I don’t recommend this hotel

Excellent place

I visited this hotel in May. The staff was very attentive. It has a gym, restaurants, a currency exchange, and a spa. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath (reservations are required). The person who greeted us and prepared the jacuzzi and bath was very helpful. The reception staff was always willing to assist. The hotel is one block from Provenza, making it an excellent location for dining or dancing at one of the many places there. The rooms were clean and spacious. The TV only had cable service, and the ironing board wasn't very stable, but everything else was excellent. A great place to relax and easily visit tourist attractions.
