Hotel en Guayaquil Malecón Inn
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near the boardwalk and bay, along with its clean rooms, good prices, and pleasant atmosphere. However, a recurring complaint centers on the elevator, which some guests found to be in awful or unsafe condition, despite others noting it was well-maintained. Some reviewers also mentioned issues with management efficiency and staff treatment.

Simple but economical
Very good service
I've never given a hotel 5 stars before, but this one truly deserves it. My only complaint is that the elevator doesn't feel very safe, but it's well-maintained, so it totally deserves its 5 stars. The rooms are very clean, and in addition to the quality, the price is low compared to other hotels in worse areas with questionable cleanliness.
Excellent service, 100% recommended
Beautiful place.
Although this hotel is old, it is very clean, has air conditioning, parking, and above all, a good location, one block from the boardwalk and one block from the bay.
The service was very good.
