This hotel is a masterpiece. Service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until checkout. All staff were accommodating to our every need, polite, warm & personable. Special mention to Marco, Carlos, Edy & Luis. Also to the two gentlemen who checked us in upon arrival (whose names escape me), sensational service. Amenities were breathtakingly stunning, room was spacious & well maintained. Food - can only be described as impeccable, compliments to the chef for every meal we had the pleasure of eating. A must to book if you are considering staying in Cusco. 10/10 experience.
Hotel Aranwa is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I've been to to 40 countries. The service was amazing, the breakfast buffet is superb(great way to start the day not worrying about food) the location is great(super close to the main square). If I'm ever in Cusco again, I'm definitely staying at hotel Aranwa. Heated bathroom floors 😁, yeah I can't wait to return.
Extremely disappointing and sub standard service, went there for breakfast at Mishti Restaurant, the options were very limited especially for vegetarians. The service was painfully slow. The waiters took long to show up to the table, gives the fact that because of low season it wasn’t crowded at all. Moreover, as we finished eating, I had to wait for over 15 minutes to see if someone can bring the bill, as no one showed up we had to walk to the reception to pay the bill. Won’t recommend at all.
From start to finish, the hospitality was incredible. Every person we came into contact with was excellent. Breakfast was delicious - way better than expected. Highly recommend and hope to return one day.
I travel a lot around the world, but I never experienced service like this. They made us feel like family, the staff help with any need that we had but also sat with us and helped us with planing our trivandrum giving us background and history about the place we were going to visit. I just cant say enough good things about the people in the front desk to the people in the restaurant. I will come back for sure.
