Visitors frequently praise the hotel's exceptional service and its prime location near Cusco's main square, often highlighting the beautiful colonial decor and historical atmosphere. However, some guests found the restaurant offerings disappointing with limited choices, particularly for vegetarians, and experienced slow service there.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. It is a rare opportunity to actually “live” in a museum. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. To top it off you can’t beat the location. We will be back.
