Belmond Palacio Nazarenas

Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed - the attention to detail and care of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was eager to help, and it never felt like they were put off by a single request. Our butler, Jair, was extraordinary and thoughtful - he even brought our 2 year old son (who we simply mentioned and who wasn’t traveling with us) a sweet stuffed animal to take home to him. Truly a gem! And the spa was one of the best I’ve ever experienced in the world. Couples massage and hair treatment and facials were amazing. I rarely want to go back to a hotel, and I missed it before we even left.

Simply amazing! Nothing, and I mean nothing, is lacking at this hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are sumptuous. The service can't be beat. Highly, highly recommended.

Gorgeous historic property in the most wonderful and quiet location: attention to detail, large suites, oxygen pumped into the rooms, fantastic restaurant and most attentive staff: we loved all the internal courtyards, the plants, the water features and fountains, the pool and everything else. Our stay at Belmond Palacio Nazarenas was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for in a way that elevated the entire experience. The front desk team set the tone immediately — Saul and Fiorella were exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive. Their friendliness felt sincere, not scripted, and they made us feel less like guests and more like returning friends. Every interaction was handled with grace and genuine hospitality. We were especially grateful for the beautiful tour of the property with Gustavo. Seeing the history, architecture, and thoughtful details of the former palace through his eyes made us appreciate just how special this place truly is. The blend of preserved Incan and colonial elements with modern luxury is breathtaking. Gustavo’s passion for the property was evident, and his care extended well beyond the tour itself. Josef and the rest of the team were equally impressive — attentive, polished, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs. The level of service throughout the property reflects a culture of excellence and pride. The hotel itself is stunning — serene courtyards, impeccable rooms, thoughtful design, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away while being perfectly located in the heart of Cusco. It is a sanctuary that honors history while delivering true five-star comfort. We left feeling deeply grateful for the experience and the people who made it so memorable. We would be truly grateful to return and hope to do so one day. An unforgettable stay in every sense.

The hotel is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The service is excellent, the entire staff is very friendly and always attentive to ensuring guests feel completely comfortable. We thought the restaurant was fantastic. All the dishes were delicious and easy to digest. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended.

I travelled to Cusco with my daughter and had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Nazarenas A Belmond Hotel for 4 days. Their food was very delicious and staff was very caring towards me. Excellent hospitality provided especially because I was feeling ill. They were able to cater to all of my needs and took very good care of me. Thank you for all your services and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to Cusco Peru!
