A great experience, despite a few service glitches. Our butler was truly pushy and annoying. We felt sick from the altitude, and every time he came to serve us, he kept asking us persistent questions even though we didn't feel like talking. Furthermore, they asked me to pay for a pillow that no one told me was an extra charge, nor was there a written note indicating it would have been an extra cost. Breakfast would have been better if it had been a buffet like at the other Belmond because the selection of dishes was truly limited. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Absolutely the finest suite of rooms I have ever stayed in anywhere. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. And the location is unbeatable and the most historic building in all of Cusco. Its certainly a world-class hotel as fine as any you will find in Europe. We loved our stay the Boston's
absolutely incredible stay. From the impeccable service, amazing room/grounds, fantastic food, and overall stay we were so impressed. This hotel embodies the Belmond culture and service, we will be back!
With oxygen pumped into our room and a complimentary tank and mask, we experienced a much needed energy boost. Our room was next to the beautiful, heated pool which was relaxing after touring all day at high altitude. Our private pisco sour making lesson was fun. We had room service for breakfast, which was on time and excellent. Our room was just about the nicest ever and super comfortable. Staff was excellent. Stay here.
