After a disappointing service experience at Tambo del Inca, it was amazing to be checked in by Gijorgio. He exuded professionalism and warmth and made me feel like I was a president of Taylor Swift 😁 As a Titanium member I was fortunate to be upgraded to a levity suite—it seems like there are only about 7. It had a half bath and a full bath and a large master bedroom and separate living room and dining room area (typical Marriott suite). There were some really nice details that made the room even nicer like some framed pottery. The room stays almost entirely dark after the sun comes up and had a small sitting area with 2 chairs that overlook the courtyard. A chaise lounge would be a nice addition! The breakfast buffet was one of the largest I have seen in almost 3 weeks in South America with a blend of typical choices and local choices. There is a 3-month old alpaca for photo ops every day in the morning except Monday from 830 until a few hours later (unlike Tambo del Inca, which does it more sporadically) The destination fee gives you two coupons for $25 off spa services , 2 pisco sours each night, and some other experiences. Note for platinum and above members it does not have a lounge. This is a beautiful hotel to enjoy a beautiful city!

The best hotel of our trip! Special shoutout to Gijorgio who is so kind and helpful and made our stay special! He deserves a raise and a promotion!!! The breakfast buffet is nice and included. Pool/sauna are very nice. The rooms are so beautiful. I recommend buying your baby alpaca items in the mornings from the wonderful chinchero ladies in the courtyard. The prices are extremely fair and the items are authentic having bought similar items throughout Peru and in Chinchero. I was surprised and went back many times to keep buying items from them for my friends and family because their goods were excellent quality and price.

A 5-star hotel in a convent that provides top-notch service, highly recommended.
