Perfect stay in Cusco! Great location. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms. And, above all, an extremely friendly and helpful staff, ready to solve problems and not complicate them. Customer service on par with the best 5-star hotels.

We had a lovely time here after hiking the Inca Trail. It's a real luxurious hotel with full amenities and beautiful architecture. The rooms were unique and well appointed and the restaurant serves delicious meals. The breakfast was particularly amazing with fresh squeezed juices and a full coterie of local and Western breakfast options. Walking access to most of the most popular sites in the city - would love to stay again! One other quick sidenote - we had an evening flight and needed to keep our luggage there. We took a nice rest in the beautiful lobby area nearing our time to go to the airport and ordered some food. The staff was so nice and even offered a blanket and hot bolso to keep us warm in the courtyard. In addition, there was a nice selection of teas (including coco leaf tea) - a great way to end our stay in Peru!

A truly luxurious and thoughtful experience. Every detail is thought out, including turn down service with shearling encased water bottles for the bed & an extra door in the room to seal any sounds from the outside walkway. I wish the service at Antigua Casona could be replicated at more hotels. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, catering to your needs without feeling over bearing. The location is perfect, in the historic center but also in its own quieter pocket and the food at the restaurant is incredible. I would come back to Cusco just for this hotel!

It's a fine hotel but the photos can be a bit misleading on the views. Unfortunately, we got unlucky with both of the rooms with no views (one room had to be windowless, otherwise people can see into your room directly) when we particularly booked this hotel for the rooms with views. Also, no sound insulation so we heard everything next door and kept waking up worried that someone was trying to come into our room but I think others were using keys to get into their rooms 😂

We had such a lovely stay! The breakfast was amazing, and one of our favorite touches was the hot water bottles they brought to our bed to keep our feet toasty every night! This hotel truly thinks of everything and made it our best stay while in Peru. We also enjoyed a wonderful couples massage with a salt scrub, which was incredibly relaxing. We went to dinner and absolutely loved the experience as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
