Visitors consistently praise the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the staff, with many feeling welcomed and cared for like family. However, a common complaint is the hotel's distance from the main tourist areas, requiring a 30-40 minute walk. Some guests also mention uncomfortable beds and noise from outside and other rooms.

Very nice stay and good value. Rooms are clean, service is wonderful and the breakfast staff are so kind. We enjoyed our stay here acclimating to the Cusco elevation. It's in a more residential neighborhood which was nice to see and be more local away from the hubbub of the downtown area. The walk to downtown is not too bad - about 10-15 minutes but you do have to cross a few big streets to get there. All in all a good value stay.

A super quiet place, away from the noise of the city center. Very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, but the takeaway breakfast for days you can't have breakfast at the hotel isn't great.

Located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. A 30-minute walk from the city center.
