Hôtel Torre Dorada‬

Excellent hotel. I stayed from April 7th to April 19th, 2026. Really very good. The breakfast was very complete, with the possibility of asking the waitress for more options. The shower was always hot and with plenty of water, very good. The receptionists are very polite and very attentive. When we were going out for tours, they would have the breakfast boxes ready, even before 4:00 am. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed in the room is HUGE, gigantic and cozy. It's about a 25-minute walk from the main square. It's in front of a square, very quiet, almost no cars honking and very peaceful. It has a laundry service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Torre Dorada. The staff were truly wonderful — especially the night shift team member and the lady who organizes breakfast. They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, including live omelettes and pancakes. We especially loved the fresh papaya and orange juice — both were delicious and refreshing. If you have an early morning tour, they also provide a takeaway breakfast bag if you inform the front desk in advance. It typically includes a ham and cheese (or just cheese) sandwich, a fruit, a water bottle, and a granola bar. It’s convenient, though it would be even better if there were higher-protein options like eggs or chicken. A couple of small areas for improvement: having a bread toaster and a coffee machine would enhance the breakfast experience. Currently, they offer black coffee with different milk options. We also really appreciated that they provide free luggage storage and offer late checkout for a small additional fee, which was very convenient for our travel plans. Overall, a great place to stay in Cusco — highly recommended!

Great staff good food quiet

It's in a residential, non-commercial area, but that gives the place peace and quiet.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, and the lady who prepared it was delightful. The staff was available 24 hours a day and all very friendly. I would definitely return. The only thing that disturbed the peace and quiet of the hotel was the dogs barking near the hotel at night.

Very welcoming and good

Wow, what a warm experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. The service was 5 stars. Lovely staff and especially loved the cook in the morning at breakfast (which was delicious btw). What a wonderful lady!! The beds were slightly firm as were the pillows, the room a bit tight, and no heat (but they have great blankets). But I would stay there over and over just because of the energy, warmth, and vibe of that place. It was exceptionally clean too. Oh and if you are ordering in since it’s slightly a walk away from restaurants, and it was nighttime when we arrived, I highly recommend the soup from the restaurant they partner with, it was the beef and noodle one. So tasty!

A true home in Cusco ! In a quite area for those who like the calm with a little park next to it. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Dorada Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Darvin and the entire staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind despite the language barrier. They helped me with everything I needed. Transportation, advice, local tips and always with a smile ! The breakfast every morning was delicious and prepared with great care and human warmth. What truly makes this place special is the human touch. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have a good stay, not just provide a room. Thank you Darvin and the whole team for your kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco seeking a quite neighborhood away from the brouhaha of the center 🙏

My stay at the Hotel Torre Dorado in Cusco was simply perfect. The hotel is located outside the main city center, making it very peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing. Right across the street is a beautiful park that provides a sense of security and tranquility, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city. There are several inexpensive markets right across the street and next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The city center is only about $3 by taxi, so it's easy to get around without the noise and chaos of the historic center. The hotel is very safe, and the breakfast is excellent, fresh, and plentiful. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. The entire team treats you like family, with an uncommon level of warmth and care. They make you feel at home, like you're one of their own. It was the best stay I had in all of Peru. A special thank you to Darvin and Carina for their attention, kindness, and dedication. I would definitely return and recommend it one hundred percent. Nice little hotel far enough from Plaza de Armas to get a good night's sleep. Very clean and well kept. Haven't had the breakfast yet but I'm sure it will be good, plus free tea! This hotel allows pets and has private parking with a nice little park to walk your dog. 👍 The staff is pleasant and attentive. Also this is one of the rare times where my wife agreed with my choice, even though she fought it on the way over here. Update: breakfast was very good

10 minutes from the historic center by car (Uber €2 max) It's a quiet residential area. The room is a bit small but clean and practical, with a closet for storing your belongings. Good duvets for a warm night's sleep ☺️ Hot shower 🧖🏾‍♀️ A little disappointed with the breakfast, not enough for my taste. You have to pay extra for things like avocado or bacon. There's a common room with a kitchen where you can spend time, and unlimited tea. The staff is fantastic, always available and responsive if needed 👌🏾 Even though they forgot to pick us up at the airport upon arrival 🥲
