While the hotel offers breakfast with a pleasant view, it has several drawbacks, starting with the location. It's situated in a very high area, making the climb very difficult when you arrive tired. The rooms have many flaws, such as poorly finished windows that let in all the cold, damp wind. We had to put paper around the edges to prevent this. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and constantly moved when we sat down. When we reported these problems or asked about other issues, the response time was excessively long, which was frustrating because they didn't provide a quick solution. Furthermore, when changing the towels, sheets, and toilet paper, they didn't ask us before entering our room and moved all our belongings around, which also made us suspect a possible theft since we had left some money and it disappeared the next day. They should be more careful with these situations.

We didn’t stay, but went for some food and drinks at the roof top. The lomo soltado was one of the best ones we’ve had in all of Peru, and the views were amazing. They were so kind there to offer us blankets and heated lamps. Affordable too

Spectacular views and even better service. It was lunchtime and we were served immediately. The weather was turning bad, but they seated us at the most sheltered table on the terrace and brought out blankets. The weather worsened, and they moved us inside to the dining room. The owner was lovely, and the food was delicious. Great service.

The hotel was quite basic, and the service was poor.
