Very good music and professional service on the mezzanine (but not in the VIP area) by a gentleman who understood everything concerning service and customer satisfaction. At the entrance, they won't let you buy a bottle of anything other than whiskey; they don't seem to understand that some customers have different tastes. Personally, whiskey doesn't agree with me at all. For your information, I've traveled to different parts of the world and frequented all kinds of establishments, both gay and straight, and this is the first time I've seen a cashier who refuses to understand anything, of course, according to her, it's orders from "Management." I think they haven't grasped the most important thing... we are the customers, it's their responsibility to provide satisfaction and do everything possible to ensure everyone has a good time, especially when they see a customer coming in to buy three or four bottles of alcohol. I hope that by my next trip these problems will have been resolved, especially regarding their attitude. The bartenders provided very professional service; before I forget them...
