I'm sharing my opinion here since Booking.com won't let me. It's a very good hotel. The rooms are super clean and well-maintained. Everything works well. The breakfast is very good, not outstanding, but very good. The indoor pool is very small. One day the temperature is good, the next it isn't. We were in the pool when the concierge decided to do a backwash (according to him) which filled the small pool with dirt. He apologized, but we had to leave. There are two saunas, but neither of them is at sauna temperature. They're useless. In other words, the spa area is a disaster. That's why it has one star too many. Four stars aren't worth it for a bad breakfast.
It's an excellent place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with cable TV and a safe. The bathroom is a normal size; a couple of things I would change or add are a shower and an extractor fan. The bed is large and the mattress doesn't sag, so you sleep well. The heated pool is small; it doesn't have excessive chlorine, but it's cold. The air conditioning, which it has, isn't enough to heat the whole area; it needs a couple more units on the other side, and at night you feel the cold when you get out of the water. The breakfast is very complete, with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice, cold cuts—everything is delicious, just slightly above expectations. The location is very good, in an area with many restaurants nearby, very safe, with quick access via the avenue to the city center and the waterfront promenade. As a first-time visitor, I'm very happy with the experience.
