פסטיבל Black & Blue הוא אחד מאירועי מסיבות הסירקיט המוכרים בעולם — פסטיבל בסוף שבוע ארוך במונטריאול באוקטובר במהלך חג ההודיה הקנדי, שמושך כ-20,000 מבקרים מצפון אמריקה ואירופה. הפסטיבל נוסד ב-1991 כאירוע התרמה ל-BGLTQ מונטריאול (היום Action Séro Zéro) וגייס מיליוני דולרים למאבק באיידס לאורך השנים. אירוע הדגל, ה-Blue Ball, הוא הפקה אדירה במרכז כנסים עם DJs בינלאומיים ברמה עליונה וערכי הפקה שמגדירים את פורמט מסיבת הסירקיט. סוף השבוע כולל בדרך כלל מספר אירועי לוויין — אירוע bear, אירוע עור, tea dance — בנוסף ל-Blue Ball המרכזי. למרות המועד באוקטובר ומזג האוויר הקר במונטריאול, האופי הפנימי של האירועים הופך את Black & Blue ליעד שנתי. הוא נשאר אחד מאירועי הסירקיט המשמעותיים בעולם ומוסד התרמה ששינה את הסצנה הגייית של מונטריאול ואת התגובה הרחבה לאיידס בקנדה.
