This Murphy bed was l Kinda hassle you have to move alot of things to open it up but that's ok location is great had a balcony overlooking the front so that was cool. Big room clean comfy.

I recently stayed at Whistler Village Inn & Suites and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the kitchen facilities in the room were very well-equipped and convenient for our needs. However, there were some service and maintenance issues that significantly affected our stay. Upon check-in, the explanation regarding the room configuration was quite brief. As international guests, we were unfamiliar with the "Murphy bed" setup, and the front desk staff only directed us to use the sofa bed. It was not until our final night—when maintenance came to fix our TV for the second time—that we discovered a much more comfortable Queen-size Murphy bed stored in the wall cabinet. It was disappointing to have spent two nights on an uncomfortable sofa bed due to a lack of clear guidance. Regarding maintenance, the TV’s cable box malfunctioned twice during our stay. While the staff eventually resolved it by replacing the unit, it was a time-consuming process that interrupted our relaxation. I would suggest that the front desk team be more proactive in explaining room features to international travelers, especially regarding hidden bed configurations. Overall, the property has great potential, but better communication and more thorough equipment checks would make a world of difference for future guests.

The location is absolutely one of the best is Whistler. I guess you could be one building closer to the gondola, but then you would have partying right outside your window, so I'll take the extra 20 steps or so. The only thing better than the location is the staff at the hotel. Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. Gotta say Brendan at the check in desk just wowed my parents. Great guy with a great attitude. The value for the money is impossible to beat in Whistler.

Great location and property

An older property in need of maintenance. Could hear noise from the adjacent unit coming through the wall. Staff were great in letting us move to another unit to get away from the noise. Location is very central with parking right beside the hotel.

Central location in Whistler Village

Top notch front desk service. I accidentally booked an extra room as I was price shopping. Not sure how to explain that. Mia was above and beyond super. Her help correcting my mistake was the best and simplest costumer service I received from a hotel facility in a very long time. Thank you Mia (hope I spelled your name correctly) Thank you.
