I’m not one to write a bad review but worth your time to read. If you want a hotel with good customer service, this is not the one to visit. I spoke to multiple people at the front desk, all of which were very grumpy and very little help. I left feeling very unimpressed by their quality of people skills. The pool area is, in theory, great for kids. However, the smaller slides designed for younger kids were very fast with a very rough landing at the end. Making it quite dangerous. The pool was extremely busy, which is not the fault of the hotel itself, but I did not see staff in often observing to make sure it was clean and being used safely. The chaos made for pool time with young children feel very unsafe. I ran into multiple pieces of garbage floating in the pool as well seeing as staff wasn’t around to clean it. Rooms were all around pretty clean, with some minor cosmetic issues in the rooms and hallways.

Wow, have you ever left somewhere feeling like the front staff didn’t care about a thing you asked? First impression is everything isn’t it? The rooms were okay, I wouldn’t say the floor was very clean, the pool was fun for the kids and I would say clean. The maintenance staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly and always smiling. They greeted us with a good morning and smile every time we seen them. My main issue was with the front counter staff. They were very rude and condescending. Considering the price I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I'd give it 0. Bathroom door lock is stuck. My son has been locked in there for 10 minutes. I've called the front desk twice, they didn't seem to understand the urgency. I had to say please send someone up. My son just unlocked it on his own. The lock is bent. The second he got out, maintenance came and basically insinuated it's our fault. ...it happens a lot to kids...his words... In the end they couldn't fix it...so we're stuck with a bathroom door that doesn't lock. At 2am there was a knock at the door....I looked out the peep hole...thinking it could be security...I opened the door a crack and a man (not security) tried to come in. I quickly closed the door and locked it and put up the extra lock. In that moment I was just trying to keep my mind together for my son so I went back to lie down. Given how the rest of the evening went, I didn't even think of calling the front desk. I'll be bringing all this up at check out. I spoke to a manager who was completely emotionless. Generic apology. She backed up what maintenance said....seems to be a known issue with the bathroom locks. I was give a $25 refund. More then anything, I felt unheard and that they just didn't care. I've stayed there in the past and it was decent. I will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has great potential, and a few thoughtful upgrades could make a significant difference in the guest experience: 1. **Lighting:** The current pure white lighting feels a bit stark for a hotel ambiance. Switching to warm white bulbs would create a much more relaxing and inviting atmosphere. 2. **Complimentary Water:** Having complimentary water bottles in the room would be a thoughtful touch, especially since coffee is provided but no water. This is a basic amenity many travelers appreciate. 3. **HVAC System:** The heating and air-conditioning unit was very noisy and seemed quite old, which disturbed our sleep. An upgrade to a quieter, modern system would be a major improvement. 4. **In-Room Safe:** The addition of a safety deposit box in the room would provide peace of mind for guests' valuables. 5. **Dining Service:** For a hotel of this size, relying solely on in-room dining can lead to long wait times, which we experienced. Expanding the dining capacity or offering more restaurant options would greatly improve the guest experience. 6. **TV System:** The TV and remote were not user-friendly for changing channels. Upgrading to a more intuitive system (and perhaps smart TV capabilities) would be a nice update. Additionally, I wanted to mention two operational points: * We had confirmed arrangements for both a late check-in and a late check-out. Despite this agreement, hotel staff attempted to open our door on multiple occasions, which felt invasive and interrupted our privacy. * Lastly, clearer signs for the elevators would be very helpful for navigation throughout the building. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration. With these adjustments, the hotel could truly excel.

Steer clear if you are looking for a relaxing family weekend. Dis appointment is an understatement with our recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming and fell well below the standard of service we expected. Upon returning to our room, we found ourselves locked out. When we approached the front desk for assistance, the staff member was dismissive and treated us poorly rather than offering help. Ultimately, my husband located a maintenance employee who assisted us promptly and professionally. His help was appreciated. Later that evening, around supper, I went to the bar to order drinks for myself and my in-laws. The bartender abruptly told me she was “too busy” and instructed me to come back later, despite actively serving other guests at the time. I did not return, resulting in the loss of three drink orders for the bar. This interaction was discourteous and unprofessional. Throughout our stay, the general attitude of staff made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. This was particularly disappointing given that we were traveling with our children and intended to enjoy the amenities in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. That evening, I also witnessed a man being detained near the snack counter, which was unsettling. The following morning, I observed the same individual interacting casually with security, laughing and being asked if he was “doing better.” This raised concerns, especially when contrasted with how poorly paying guests were treated. It was difficult to understand why someone who caused a disturbance appeared to receive more courtesy than families simply trying to enjoy their stay. Overall, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and guest care made this a very unpleasant experience. This hotel appears to be poorly managed, with staff who do not prioritize guest service. As a result, we will not be returning and will not recommend this hotel to others. If I could give no stars, I would have done so. This was a very disappointing experience.
