The staff are accommodating as they can be. Management helps a lot, and there is great food at the restaurant.

A pretty run down hotel. It's very close to the airport with a free shuttle. I was in Winnipeg for a conference and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Hot Tub and Pool were pretty dirty. Low water pressure in the showers. The biggest disappointment was the gym, most of the equipment was broken. I had to go to the YMCA downtown to get my workout done.

My little sister hit her head on the curb of the pool and she went to the hospital, bathroom door doesn't close it also almost FELL on me, we asked for a pool side hotel we got one but the door was jammed, an employee was watching me 24/7, the slide was scraping my legs,knees, and elbow's. My auntie asked for a queen sized bed and we got a smaller bed, the vending machine is really expensive and overall the hotel is really bad

drunk white people ruining our family's sober fun, the seating areas in front of the pool rooms should be clearly marked if they are especially for those rooms, as far as I noticed, it was a open for anyone to sit, correct me if im wrong. My truck was damaged by what looked like a grinder, front desk did very little to help me, told me to contact the police. They wouldnt even check their cameras if there was activity or if they could see who did that. The damage made a tiny hole in my tailgate. Felt very odd, almost like they made a deliberate hole in the tailgate to put a tracking device in there. I mean I had my children with me. After this happened I just felt an ugly feeling, was happy to get away from this secluded hotel, kind of in an industrial area almost, not very convenient. Lots of large groups use this place cause of slide pool and hot tub. I will never return here.

Hi, I went to this location for me and my boyfriends 3 year anniversary on may 8th-10th. This was the first time me and my boyfriend ever got a hotel and after looking over prices and locations we picked this one. I’m not sure if we were treated badly because of our age (21) or if this is how they treat everyone. We had SO many issues. First we entered our room there was a problem with the A/C (it sounded like an airplane engine), and the bathroom had other people’s hair in it and wasn’t cleaned very well. We called and they sent someone up, they just unplugged it and left it (not once did they ask or come up again to check on it), it started leaking because it was frozen and they just took all the towels and put it on the floor and left. The cleaning lady also half-assed the bathroom and didn’t clean it properly. Second day after we showered we noticed a lot of pink mold in the shower and in the sink rim. I messaged front test and took photos so there wouldn’t be any confusion and when they came to clean the room all they did was make the beds, it was obvious they didn’t clean the bathroom AT ALL because my partners hair was still in the shower. I flagged down a housekeeper in the hallway to ask if it had been finished and she said yes but will come fix anything extra, I pointed out the spots to her in person and it STILL was missed. I’m not sure what the cleaning procedure is but hair and mold are a big NO. At that point I was so frustrated I ended up cleaning the sink MYSELF and they had to send a fourth person up to clean the shower, but this was our last night so it really didn’t matter anymore. The room was also really dusty but at that point I didn’t see a point in saying anything about that. I am a housekeeper so I know how cleaning works and how long it takes so I don’t understand why it took that much effort. We were never offered any free breakfast or anything to accommodate their mistakes. Lastly they had no water in the hotel, and the vending machines didn’t work and gave us the wrong drinks. Never going back here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone who wants a nice weekend to relax. (Upon checking out I also overheard another person complaining saying their fridge froze all their food)

It is astoundingly rare these days to come across hospitable service. I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival, all the way through the end of my stay. The front desk staff were hilarious, kind, and welcoming. The housekeeping was friendly and extremely hardworking when I did encounter them. I will be returning to victoria inn soon, hungry for more...

Extremely conveniently located for travelers, with an excellent restaurant on site and very helpful staff.

Gorgeous hotel near the airport that is a fantastic choice for an overnight stay, event, meal at the restaurant, a visit to the coolest hotel water park ever - take your pick or do it all!
