Recently renovated hotel. Convenient location close to the airport, parking is limited. Rooms were comfortable, however there were a few stains on the carpets and linens. Once I brought this to their attention, the staff were very helpful and had the linens changed. Walls are quite thin, so any noise carries through the hotel, there were often kids running through the halls late at night. Breakfast was good, decent selection and the staff were constantly replenishing it throughout breakfast hours. There are security personnel throughout the hotel as this hotel isn't in the greatest location.

Do not stay here. Security sleeping on their job. Guest getting kicked out for reporting staff sleeping on the job! No stars

I booked a 6-night stay here but checked out after only 3 nights due to a series of unacceptable issues. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. I even found a used cleaning rag left behind in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the bathtub was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Environment: Sleep was impossible. Every night at 4:00 AM, there was loud noise that the staff failed to address. Billing & Staff: The checkout process was the worst part. I was supposed to receive my $250 deposit back (minus a 3-night pet fee). Instead, the hotel charged me extra. I had to catch the mistake myself on my bank statement and return to the hotel in person to demand a refund. Service: When I explained the inconvenience, the staff appeared annoyed and treated me as if they were doing me a favor by returning my own money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unprofessional, dirty, and a headache to deal with

Rooms are fine. The location is close to other amenities and the airport. BUT, there were homeless guys wandering around the hotel all night. There were people coming and going quite loudly until after 1:00 am, people knocking on hotel room doors and talking, people running down the hall at 4:30 am… I would rather sleep in my car than pay $225 for that.

So everything about the hotel was fine but the other patrons in the building was nothing to be desired. Kids running around stomping all hours of the night. First night we ignored it but last night was terrible. People yelling screaming and fighting. Thought the night befores rest was horrible last night was atrocious. The walls are thin and the floor as well.. sounds carry very easily. The night manager was on the phone with the cops when my husband went to talk to them and he didnt even know how to talk to the cops. He had just walked in and knew more about what was happening than the front desk worker. Hopefully things get better there but were never staying there again. Lots of foot traffic all night. Husband was constantly worried someone was going to break into our vehicle.
