OTRANS-RN Guatemala

Organización Trans Reinas de la Noche (OTRANS-RN) is one of Guatemala's leading trans-led organizations, founded in 2004 to defend the rights of transgender women. From its base in Zona 1, it works on legal advocacy, HIV prevention and care, and community support. OTRANS is a central force behind Guatemala City's annual Pride march (Desfile de la Diversidad Sexual) and a visible voice for LGBTIQ+ rights nationally.
