OTRANS-RN Guatemala

Organización Trans Reinas de la Noche (OTRANS-RN) is a trans-led organization founded in 2004 to defend the rights of trans women in Guatemala. From its office at 6a Avenida 11-43 in Zona 1, Guatemala City, it works on legal advocacy, HIV prevention and care referrals, and community support. It is also one of the main groups behind the city's annual diversity march. It is a working advocacy office, not a social venue. Contact it through reinasdelanoche.org.gt before visiting. Take the usual care in Zona 1 after dark.
