A terrible experience for the trans community. If you have the chance to go, don't take it because the woman in the restrooms is transphobic and the manager doesn't care.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE SPACE FOR THE TRANS COMMUNITY. A woman was incredibly rude to my friend yesterday, refusing to let him into the men's restroom (he's a trans man). She kept sending him to the women's restroom, the same one he and several lesbian friends who look very masculine have been denied access to in the past. So, if you're trans or don't look the way this woman thinks a man or a woman should look, you can't use any restroom.

I love that it has a variety of spaces to have fun and hang out.

The security guards constantly harass you if you have a bag, even though they already checked it and told you it would be checked at the entrance. When you try to ask them questions or explain, they become very aggressive. They really need to improve their security protocols and communication with their staff 💔 It was a horrible experience with their staff; they ruined the night for my friends and me.

Awesome! I lost my things and they honestly returned them to me. Nothing ever gets lost there, and thanks to the security guards I got everything back. What great security and service from the parcel service!

I went with my friends to Cabaretito Punto y Aparte and lost my bag with my belongings inside. The security team found it, secured it, and returned it to me with all my things. Immediately after verifying that it was indeed mine, they gave me excellent service, 10 out of 10. I highly recommend the place.
