Demolish this hotel already

A stay I would not repeat. On the first day, the parking garage elevator was out of service. On the second day, one of the hotel elevators broke down, and elevator issues continued throughout my stay, causing significant inconvenience. There was also no one available to assist with carrying luggage to the room, which is not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. When I requested to extend my stay, two employees informed me that it was not possible to do so through the hotel and that I had to make the extension through Booking.com. However, Stasy kindly assisted me with the extension, and I would like to thank her for her professionalism and helpfulness. Another disappointing issue was the water service. Only one complimentary bottle of water is provided per room. When I requested additional water, a staff member informed me that it would be delivered to my room. I waited for two hours and never received it. The following day, when I requested water again, I was told that I had to come down to the front desk myself to collect a bottle. The staff, in general, were not welcoming and did not seem to value or appreciate their guests. Customer service was far below expectations. Although the hotel appears to have been renovated, it still feels old in many aspects. The main advantage of this hotel is its location; otherwise, my overall experience was disappointing.

Very beautiful Hotel but only one elevator works and the elevator from the parking doesn't work so drop your bags off in the front then park otherwise you have to carry your bags 4 flight of stairs to get to the lobby to use the one elevator that is working to get to your floor. They do have a great breakfast everything is fresh and delicious
