Lord Baltimore Hotel

There was a slimy sludge in the water resovoir of the coffee pot. The hair dryer didn't work, the microwave was missing pieces, the toilet didn't flush properly. There is some scent they pump through the entire hotel that tortured my sinuses. The air conditioning in the ballroom felt practically non-existent for most of the day. Aside from our waitress Friday night, who was an absolute joy, and the ease of the valet service, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Great location for an Orioles game. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The front desk and valet staff were very nice and helpful.

Great older hotel with a lot of great historical character and charm. Room was awesome, clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. We will stay again and recommend it to other visitors.

Average as far as hotels go. Clean enough, but old and everything shows age/wear. Parking via valet $50 per night is excessive, and only 1 in/out permitted per day.

I was set up to be robbed in this hotel. I was put in room 1230 and it’s connected to a storage room that connects to the room thru a vent that share the same wall. Even after I called police housekeeping alerted the people that were in the storage room before police could come up. Also a 2 separate 75 dollar hold were on my account that took 3 weeks to get back and the staff first told me 3 business days, then 5, then 10 , and then told 28 days. Just for it to be given back after my 8th time calling and actually getting ahold of the accounting department. Why would you tell a customer 28 days and it’s not even your department. Just say you don’t know instead of saying something to keep stalling me. I had the worst experience here and it’s a reason they’re so cheap.

The room was neat and clean, pretty basic. Bathroom could use an update. The customer service, however, was excellent! We were there in April for a large cheer competition and they were very accommodating with parking after our check out time. We also had to contact them about a missing smart watch. Housekeeping turned it in to security, and the hotel shipped it back to us. The entire process was quick and efficient. What made it better was that I was able to do almost all communication through texting, which I highly prefer. Overall, it’s a good place to stay especially due to its walking distance to many key attractions and excellent communication.

Beautiful old hotel. Sit around the lobby and it takes you back to the 1920's. Rooms are a little dated. Took a long time to get any hot water at the sink but the bed was awesome! We had reservations for two couples and our friends could not make it because of a death in the family. Despite paying for non-refundable rooms, the Manager, Abraham, was kind enough to refund the cost of their room. That alone made me want to go back. I'm sure we will. Flip Harrison
