Folks are super friendly. The bar was a wonderful time considering there weren't many people there. The hotel staff is helpful. Only down side is the pool and spa are closed for repairs. Food was good.
The staff is super friendly and the location was right next to a large supermarket and a Whole Foods, which was very practical for us. The hot tub and the pool are nice. The rooms felt slightly dated as did the pool area and in need of a little bit of love. We had a comfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The floors in our room were very sticky and I also saw some ants. The elliptical in the fitness centre is under repair. No coffee stir sticks, alongside one coffee pod. And a horrible smell of urine coming from the room. They try to help you out by providing you with lavender spray. I’m not sure if that’s to enhance your sleeping experience or to mask the smell from the room. I truly appreciated the black out curtains and the comfortable bed. But the lack of attention to cleanliness overrides any positivity. It just feels like they’re cutting corners. When hotel management is generous and attentive there will be returning customers. For this reason, we unfortunately won’t be coming back.
