Quality Inn Grand Suites Bellingham

We have found the perfect hotel in Bellingham. It is reasonably priced, has a hot breakfast in the mornings, and the staff are so kind and responsive! It's quite amazing that you can get such a big room with a whirlpool bath tub for less than most of the hotels in the area. Our room looked out onto a park was so quiet... We also noticed that when the rooms are cleaned they open the windows.

Do not stay at this hotel, by far the worst I've seen. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and the water wasn't even hot, the tv didn't work, there was previous people's stuff still in the room as well as a gummy worm that looked to have been there for years. The couch had so many stains i had to get an extra blanket and cover it to even want to sit on it. The outlets didn't work so couldn't charge our phones and a broken alarm clock. The damprid pouches were full and expired last year. The sprinkler system was popping out of the ceiling & even the elevator maintenance tag was expired 8 months ago. We tried the breakfast but the potatoes looked like they were several days old and kept being reserved. I feel like any positive reviews on this place was an employee of the company because there's no way anyone could find this hotels standards ok. I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty and very outdated. Even found an old gummy worm in the corner of the room near the bed. I didn’t even stay the night in the room and left early because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The entire hotel needs remodeling. I’m just glad I used points and not money on the room. The only positive was the staff was friendly. I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

I would say don't even think about staying there if you are in town and you have guest that you want to come by your room. They charge $20 per guest! That's just unheard of I have never ever stayed at a hotel where a guest had to pay $20 to come and see their friend or family member at the hotel. Shame on you guys You're a big rip off

I had a great stay. The gentleman at the receptionist desk was friendly and curtious. I felt safe and welcomed. He gave me a room across from the hotel gym.

This motel give quality inn a bad name if this was the first one that I would have stayed i would have never choose to ever come back they charge for 1 and 2 year old 13 dollars each to eat breakfast and wouldn't allow me to just pay the 26 dollars in cash my dad was going to have to come 45 mins away right then to charge his card completely ridiculous we went across the street a bought a week their their loss. Should be shut down or put under new management 🤢🤮👎👋

Worst motel we have stayed in for many years. Room had 70's era decor, the mattress was beyond worn out and the pillows smelled bad. Really run down rooms and poor breakfast. The outside looks nice from the street, but what you get is a nightmare. Like a 70's era Motel 6 with a 10 year old mattress.

October 6, 2025 10:00 pm There are choices and decisions, I made a bad decision. There are several hotels in the area and the reviews among them vary. It's weighing the costs against the reviews against the amenities - not forgetting that cheaper hotels bring more interesting patrons. Once I arrived I was helped by a kind gentleman at the counter. He got me squared away quickly having explained everything I needed to know during the process. I went to my room and did an inspection. The floors (carpet) were dirty and especially against the baseboards. The only clean floor was the restroom. The bedding seemed fine but the disaster was the PTAC unit. I was tired from such a long day and didn't feel like going through the process of getting another room so I just turned the unit off. The thing was so nasty and dirty I didn't want to be breathing what may be getting pushed out into the air. I Lso found a few mosquitoes resting on the inside window, so I opened the window and they flew to the screen and then I closed the window so they would be trapped there. However, I did see a few cross in front of the TV later. Breakfast was ok and even though they have a hot breakfast I ate cereal. I checked put the eggs but there was only a scoop of them left and they looked dried out. I was getting breakfast about 45 minutes before the shut it down so I guess they were not going to prepare any more. There were four choices of Cereal. At checkout I made no mention of my disappointment since its expected you'll get boiler plate apologetics and no chance of a discount. I didn't have any air circulation in my room and I couldn't open the window since it was being used to trap the mosquitoes. You know how things work when there is a problem. Thw checkout process had a few hiccups, but since it was a new person I wasn't upset or bothered. Would I stay here again? Probably not, since I should have had a better experience for the money that was spent. How you spend yours is a good question.

I was quite nervous I had been on here reading these reviews prior to arriving but there was no need to be nervous. The rooms were very clean the bedding was clean and I just met the owner she was very pleasant. We had a great experience while staying here.we initially booked with motel 6 and after the reviews we had read I had my husband change it and im so glad I did.!
