Parking garage is very tight
Whomever is answering the phone has a huge rude attitude. Y’all need someone else that knows how to talk to people.
Rooms are fine, service sub par and parking garage won’t fit a full size truck and extremely tight for even a 1500.
The property sits in a great location - walking distance to many things offered in downtown Bismarck. The rooms themselves are fairly disappointing. Very small, outdated in many ways. Very basic amenities. Most notable were the heavy curtains for darkening/blackout, as they will not close - leaving just a sheer curtain for the nighttime city light. Parking didn't end up costing anything, but the garage attached is small and not well lit throughout. All things considered, the location could still be of value to the right person for a decent rate.
Convenient location. Easy walking to several local restaurants and St. Mary's church. Staff is nice and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. But the rooms seem a little small and dated.
