Radisson Hotel Bismarck

Stayed here as it was the hotel closest to the hospital! When I check in the reception lady didnt even greet us and wasn't very helpful. She barely talked or let us know about our stay. Very rude and lack of professionalism in customer service.

A little tired but good location

Receptionist was horrible you choose this job so do it correctly! really sassy I loved this hotel before but after this conflict I don’t know if I want to come back!

The bathrooms are small and outdated and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfy the linens were also sub par. The pool was very nice tho as well as the fitness room. The hotel gives an 80s vibe which was nice. The overall vibes and stay was ok and the location couldn’t be beat

This hotel hasn’t done much remodeling ~ there aren’t any microwaves nor refrigerators in the rooms. Rooms need to be painted with updated trim work. Surprisingly, the restaurant and bar weren’t open on Friday or Saturday night, just for breakfast. I guess Radisson Hotels just aren’t what they used to be. I hope I’m wrong!

We were very disappointed with the condition of rooms. There was flaking paint coming off the ceiling. Huge cracks around the bath tub with what appeared to be mold. Night stands and tv stands all had excessive wear amd scratches. No vent fan in bathroom nor a small refrigerator in rooms. The noise that came through the door from hallway was excessive and you could see light all the way around the door. Bed was very uncomfortable. We both woke up with a sore back.

Rooms need to be updated. Very disappointed to not have hot water in the evening or the following morning. I let the front counter know we did not have hot water and the casual said one of the hot water heaters were out and offered a half hearted apology.

I called you to see about medical rates and this guy named Jeffery really help us out. and really helped us out.
