The lobby has regularly smelled like sewage which is unbearable. They claim nothing they can do but has coincided with lack of maintenance including elevators etc. complained to Marriott who of course did nothing.

Fine. But really not worthy of “Luxury” Collection. Probably was Marriottified. And accordingly overpriced.

I had a great stay at the Liberty Hotel. The staff was friendly and Clink's was great for breakfast daily. The hotel is centrally located and is to get to Cambridge as well as the airport. I would like to give a special thanks to Kasey!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. As well as the wait staff at Clink. Kasey, you are truly a GEM!!

Have stayed here twice, rooms are noisy and make it difficult to sleep. Fist time I was next to the ambulance bay, second stay I was in a room that had tree branches rubbing on the windows all night long. Also the gym was horrific, super small (5 people or less at a time), and for a “luxury” hotel you can’t put out a second 20 lbs dumbbell and this is the best you can keep your equipment? Will not be returning

Awesome , beautiful, amazing, the old prison and they left some of the coolest parts.

This is a very unique hotel and my wife and I throughly enjoyed it! Centrally located, close to the best of Boston. We had breakfast at the Clink each morning and loved their selections. I highly recommend the manager interview Tracy and hire more people like her. We had her for 3 of our 4 mornings and the service she provided vs everyone else was night and day. The only negative for this hotel is that its right next to a major hospital, which means you will hear sirens often. We stayed in he 15th floor, facing the hospital and head them nightly.

I had an excellent experience with Mark Shiro at The Liberty Hotel. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Mark went above and beyond by providing great restaurant recommendations and even assisting with making reservations, which made my stay and dining experience seamless and enjoyable. His hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Mark, for making my visit feel so personalized and memorable. Highly recommend!

Being able to design flowers in this place is just a dream! Staff are super friendly !!!!

Staff Is nice very good service been here twice both times good service. Not that far to hopstial which been a lifesaver my wife been sick she been the hopstial a lot . the staff was very helpful good with my special need son as well.
