Our organization recently hosted our largest event ever—more than 400 guests—at the Limelight Hotel in Boulder, and I can honestly say it was one of the best event experiences I've had. From the moment guests arrived, the setting felt special. We held our reception on the Viewpoint Deck, which offers one of the most stunning views in Boulder, along with use of the foyer and courtyard for a beautiful indoor-outdoor experience. Dinner and our program took place in the ballroom, which was spacious and elegant while still feeling warm and inviting. The food was exceptional! The appetizers were absolutely delicious, and the buffet dinner exceeded our expectations. Throughout the evening, we received compliments from guests about everything from the venue itself to the food, service, and overall atmosphere. What really stood out to me was the staff. Our event liaison, Colleen, was incredible. Nearly a year before our event, she helped us envision what was possible within the space, walked us through the planning process, and made what could have felt overwhelming seem straightforward and manageable. She created detailed room diagrams well in advance, helped us visualize the setup, answered countless questions with patience and professionalism, and offered thoughtful recommendations on everything from room layout to menu selections. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us create a successful event. On the day itself, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The banquet and bar teams were also exceptional. The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and kept lines moving quickly all evening. A special thank-you to Molly, the Bar Captain, who not only ran an incredibly efficient bar operation but also stepped in to help us pack up at the end of the night! The entire service team was friendly, attentive, and wonderful to work with. We also worked with Image AV to support the event—and they were outstanding! Our event included AV needs for the reception, live band, videos, slides, and multiple speakers, and no one on our team was particularly comfortable managing the technical side of an event of this scale. Being able to hand all of that over to a team of experts who were prepared, reassuring, adaptable, and completely in control was invaluable. From sound and lighting to presentations and live entertainment, everything worked flawlessly. There were no technical issues, no microphone feedback, and no last-minute surprises. Matthew, our AV liaison, made a complex process easy to understand, while Ben and Tanner ensured everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. The combination of a beautiful venue, outstanding food, exceptional service, and expert event support allowed us to focus on celebrating with our guests rather than worrying about logistics. We're grateful that we chose the Limelight for this event and would happily host another event there!

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated in a fun vibrant area of Boulder. It feels really classy inside and super clean, on top of that their attention to decor and lighting really creates an unbeatable ambiance. Staff members in the hotel and in their restaurant have high standards and you could tell by the way they dress and talk, and how they all seem happy as they go about their work day. Rooms are nicely sized and well maintained, with daily service being professional and top notch. Definitely going back to this hotel again if I'm staycationing in Boulder. I was here for business this time, but in the near future I will book this hotel as a group rendezvous point for my Flatirons hiking getaways.

Great staff and beautiful layout in the lobby/outdoor area. Best hotel in Boulder hands down.

Great service, friendly staff, the hotel shuttle was really convenient as well. Would definitely stay here again! Pool water was a little bit dirty, lots of dead bugs and some snot.

Wonderful hotel with many amenities that are easy to take advantage of! Large dining, bar, and pool areas are appreciated. Rooms are excellent!
