The Bay Ridge Hotel

Dani was absolutely incredible. Amazing front desk service and was able to answer all our questions. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience

I had a great stay at Bay Ridge Hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation, and the property was clean and well maintained throughout my visit. A special thank you to Danny at the concierge desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He went out of his way to help and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It's in a good area, the room was comfortable with air conditioning, clean, very decent, quite small, and there was plenty of water for the shower, which was excellent! Very close to the metro stop.

Mold in the bathroom. weed smell. The room I was transferred to was ugly. They didn't even offer a discount. The rate should be cheaper considering what they offer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The picture of the room we paid for does not match the room that we were assigned to. My family and pets had to cram into a tiny room for five nights and ended up leaving a day early because it was so unbearable. We all got no sleep and it ruined our trip. My daughter and dogs kept tripping over everything cause they had no room to walk inside the room. No help from the hotel staff in trying to remedy the situation. Will be reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. Expedia even said the rep from the hotel refused to talked to them directly even though she (Ally) told me I would need to contact Expedia directly for a refund. Expedia said they would be investigating this hotel for shady business practices as he also got the sense that something was not adding up.
