The Ultra Lounge

Came to get some really good food at a great price. It was perfect. My smothered pork chops were excellent. While my daughter was getting her hair done, I came back over for a drink and to sample some wings, which was pretty good too. The music was wonderful and I was able to catch up on some news on the TV.

First time here and I’m so disappointed. The service here is terrible. I waited over an hour for my food. It never came. The manager offered my refund but asked if I still wanted to pay for the food. Like no way at this point. I ordered first and got nothing. Ruined my night. Never going here again. They kept asking for my receipt knowing I gave it to the manager. They took $15 out of the $40 refund. Never got any food only a bottle of Pepsi. Crooks.

If ur outta town don’t go on Friday!! Well put together through Eventbrite.. looking for something to do on a Saturday night out with my Lady!! Security on point !!!.Great music!!. not so much on the service inside waiting over 20min #still waiting for a budlight and margarita.. horrible service!! #facts!!! Lol

Eddie at the bar was the absolute best! Definitely kept me good all night🩷!

It advertising false parties. Place was closed when we arrived at 11pm for an event they had advertised until 2am! DO BETTER ULTRA LOUNGE!
