FLEX Spas Cleveland

During my visit, I experienced repeated inappropriate behavior from another guest, including indecent exposure and sexual remarks. I reported this to the manager, but the situation was not addressed properly. I was simply given a waiver and no action was taken. Safety and respect should be a priority in any business. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Fine bathhouse : lots of recent renovations and updates to the atmosphere- and friendly staff. Prices are average. Friday nights and Saturday nights are the busiest/ I think. Worth a stop if you’re visiting

I recently visited “Spas” to a relax session and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, I encountered an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from the front desk staff. There was a lack of courtesy, hospitality, professionalism, from the blonde Asian at the entrance, which made me feel unwelcome and not appreciated. Additionally, the overall help from the “ MANAGER” of the place was not up to standard. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression, from a place which you visit to go relax and have a personal time. It’s a big RED Note at the DOOR ITS NOT A/C. Thanks for let me go and don’t let me spend my money in such a low class place.

Came out to Cleveland for a photoshoot, and while I I didn't get a room, I WILL attest to multiple reasons FLEX is worth the time and money of both the curious and the familiar: 1. STAFF: friendly, courteous, engaged. 2. AMENITIES: full gym, two pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, jacuzzi, and then the entire upstairs... I haven't been to a ton of spas, but FLEX Cleveland blows away every one I have visited. 3. CLEANLINESS: impeccable 4. LOCATION: private parking lot adds a sense of professionalism and security. That's important when you look at, say, the Megaplex in Providence, RI, which was host to multiple illegal arrests by the PVD in their parking lot. 5. CLIENTELE: friendly, courteous, and TWEAKER FREE!!! Thank you James, please keep it up!!!!

I’m a long haul trucker and this spot is right off I-90 and has street parking for my rig, has always seemed safe. All the amenities were functional, the downstairs showers are rainfall type, plenty of hot water in every shower in the place. The gym is top shelf equipment. During my visit not ONCE did I see an attendant not cleaning something somewhere, place was very clean to say the least. All types of guys

This site is horrible; I paid for my 6-month membership this year, and the second time I was here, its systems showed I had no one, and I had to show my receipt. I’m here on vacation again, and it is my 3rd visit, and the front desk guy is telling me my membership is expired. I asked them to show me when my membership starts and when it expires, and the front desk guy said its system did not show this information and then I had to talk to the manager, but the manager was not here, and if I'm on vacation how I'm going to wait for him, it is absurd. Please don’t use this place; it is always a horrible experience, I hope I can find a way to recover my money

Rented hotel room it was great clean in and out privilege s great place so so big definitely retuning
