Great Experience clean room nice people

I recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton in Richardson and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Upon arrival, I noticed significant dark staining and discoloration on the wall behind the furniture, which raised concerns about the condition of the room. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with dirty and deteriorating caulking around the bathtub and visible grime in multiple areas. As a guest, I expect a clean and well-maintained environment, especially from a Hilton-branded property. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not reflect those expectations and left me questioning the overall housekeeping standards. I have photos documenting these issues. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can have a better experience. Based on this stay, I would not choose this location again.

Very nice rooms. Staff is very friendly. Pj at the front desk deserve a rise for her extraordinary service to the guests.
