Stayed here for universal studios family vacation staff was nice nothing to complain about 👍

This place we chose for it's location near to an out of town doctor's appointment. Very affordable, clean rooms and very friendly staff. If we have to come back for another appointment we would stay here again. UPDATE: 6/09/26 So we had to come back for another surgery and stayed again at Chariot Inn and we were treated the same great service as before. Thanks to all the staff at Charriot Inn.

Super easy check-in and check-out – both very friendly and quick. Parking is included, and there are always plenty of spaces available. The room is simple and classic, and a typical person walks past your window, so you can choose between being watched or having darkness and privacy. Now for the negative points: the technology is outdated and doesn't always work properly, and the cleaning service really isn't the best. Once, they simply folded a towel I had left on the floor and hung it up again, and another time they took all the towels without replacing them. Of course, the office staff were friendly and quick to respond and fix everything, but these things shouldn't happen!

Torn spots on the bed sheets, a loose hair on the mattress, and face & body soap bars that left a strange filmy residue on your body till it was scrubbed off with a towel. Also, staff was missing all morning (1+ hours) during checkout despite a sign saying they'd only be away 10 minutes. You're definitely getting your money's worth here for better and worse. Still, one free parking spot per room is very convenient.

It's beautiful, clean, and above all... the staff at reception are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

The office people were very nice. It's on a great location. The rooms are decent and have a mini fridge and microwave. There are restaurants and stores within waking distance. The bed and pillows however were hard as a rock.

Great place in LA. Excellent service and one of the cleanest places I've ever been. 100% recommend it.
