Be skeptical of the 5 starts. Today I called trying to reach for a group meeting that happens at MCC and the treatment was just awful. Very rude and unhelpful, unaware of their own website information and “what do you want to ask?” Is literally how I’ve been treated. Do you understand how you hurt the community with this approach? I will be filing a formal complaint because this is unacceptable.

No one here is qualified to help me. I figured with the sliding scale I could afford therapy but this place doesn't take people with severe trauma since the therapist here don't have the qualifications to help for it. I never felt safe here I was in the elevator and someone who was in the elevator going to the administration office looked at me with a 😒 and the receptionist called me a "gentleman" when I don't present as masculine at all. This place shows how someone can claim they are for mental health but as soon as someone with severe trauma comes in needing help they just get turned away. The hardest step isn't admitting you need help, its whether or not someone will actually help you.
