The Savoy Hotel & Beach Club ~ מיאמי ביץ'

I spent the day at The Savoy with a Resort Pass and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location and easy to find. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we were greeted since the moment we walked in. The entire time we were there, the servers and other staff members were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was great and came out quickly. Enzo, our pool attendant, was especially great. I would 100% book another Resort Pass at The Savoy.

Enzo gave us excellent service! The place is highly recommended; it's perfect for spending the day by the pool, and the food is amazing!

I had an amazing time at the Savoy in Miami. The property is beautiful and perfectly located for enjoying everything Miami Beach has to offer. I ordered some coca, a burger and everything tasted excellent. The atmosphere was really relaxing and shout out to Jonathan and Liam for the quality of their service. They were very professional and friendly and made the whole experience much more memorable. I highly recommend the Savoy for anyone planning a resort day with access to both the pool and the beach or for a wonderful stay!

My absolute favorite place to go for a relaxing day at the beach. The chairs are so comfortable, the service is fast, the servers are incredibly nice. Big shout out Smith, Liam and Jonathan for always taking such good care of us!!! See you all again soon🌊🏝️☀️

Not staying at the hotel but frequent visitors to the pool area. We enjoy the pool area with thr good drinks and food. Service is always good and I don't know half the names but we have always had good service from Juaquin and thos time we also met Enzo that gave us great service. The girls behind the bar which names I haven't picked up yet are also great with good fast service and good cocktails.

We had an amazing day at the beach thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jonathan and Liam. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire visit. One thing we especially appreciated was that they spoke French, which made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions, help us whenever needed, and make sure we were having a great time. Jonathan and Liam truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their positive attitude, kindness, and dedication to customer service made all the difference. Thank you both for making our day so special—we highly recommend this place and hope to see you again!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had an exceptional stay. Every detail, from the rooms to the poolside service and even the beach experience, reflected a genuine commitment to customer care and hospitality.
