Key West has no public gay sauna or bathhouse, and as far as we can find it hasn't had one for years. Listings for a "Key West Sauna" on some aggregator sites point to a venue in another city.

The closest thing is Island House, the men-only, clothing-optional resort on Fleming Street, which has a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzis and a 24-hour gym and pool, and sells day passes to non-guests (about $50 in 2026; check before you go).
