Set against the storybook beauty of the Village in Knoxville, this immersive mixology experience celebrates fresh herbs, botanicals, seasonal flavors, and the art of crafting a beautiful cocktail. Your evening begins with a prepared cocktail in hand and a guided stroll through the Village gardens, where you will discover some of the herbs and botanicals that inspire the drinks you will enjoy throughout the night.
As autumn settles over the Village and the fairy lights begin to glow, take time to wander through the gardens, savor the changing season, and experience a slower, more magical side of fall in Knoxville.
After your garden stroll, gather at Willows Landing for an interactive mixology experience led by an expert mixologist. You will learn professional techniques for muddling herbs, shaking and stirring cocktails, balancing sweet, sour, bitter, and herbal flavors, preparing herb-infused simple syrups, and creating beautiful garnishes and presentations.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience three signature cocktails and have the opportunity to step behind the bar and create one of the featured drinks themselves. No previous mixology experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, your creativity, and a taste for a little adventure.
